Challenge
Neenu's Natural needed a high-performance online store that could handle specific UI customisations while aggressively targeting organic traffic growth. The brand also sought to leverage social commerce to bridge the gap between social engagement and direct sales.
02 / The work
What I did
- Built the store from scratch using the Kalles theme, extending its capabilities with custom Liquid code for a unique UI and dynamic website text that adapts to user interactions.
- Executed a massive on-page SEO campaign — writing and implementing optimised metadata (title tags, meta descriptions) for over 100 product and collection pages.
- Integrated Instagram and WhatsApp as sales channels, specifically implementing WhatsApp Sales Channels to facilitate conversational commerce and direct customer support.
