Challenge
Esma required a robust digital transformation to move away from a legacy WordPress + WooCommerce environment. The brand needed a scalable, premium Shopify storefront that preserved their historical data while introducing advanced features to drive conversion rates and provide deeper business intelligence.
02 / The work
What I did
- Migrated the entire ecosystem from WordPress/WooCommerce to Shopify — including secure transfer of customer data, order history, and product catalogs with comprehensive data backups to ensure zero loss.
- Developed the store from scratch on the official Shopify Prestige theme, chosen for its high-end aesthetic and suitability for D2C storytelling.
- Engineered custom checkout button logic to streamline the path to purchase, directly improving the Add-to-Cart (ATC) rate.
- Built custom Analytics Reports tailored to the client's specific KPIs, moving beyond standard Shopify dashboards to provide actionable insights.
